The MLabs Chemistry Core Laboratory and Satellite Laboratories will begin offering Neonatal Bilirubin testing (Total and Direct) for patients aged < 1 year using a Diazo-based method effective January 30, 2024. Specimen collection and handling requirements and billing will be equivalent to the existing test codes (TBIL, BILFR, COMP, LIVER).
