Requests for this test will be substituted with the Myasthenia Gravis Reflexive Panel (Mayo test ID FMGRP) (CPT 83519, 83516) forwarded to ARUP Laboratories and the P/Q-Type Calcium Channel Antibody assay (Mayo test ID CCPQ) (CPT 86596) until further notice.
