Mayo Clinic Laboratories will begin offering Clamydia IgM and IgG Panel, Serum by Immunofluorescence effective March 28, 2023. 

 

Collection Instructions: Collect specimen in an SST (preferred) or red top tube.  Centrifuge, aliquot 0.6 mL (minimum 0.3 mL) of serum into a plastic vial, and refrigerate.

 

Reference Range: Chlamydia pneumoniae IgM: <1:10, IgG: <1:64; Chlamydia psittaci IgM: <1:10, IgG: <1:64.
