Also effective March 28, 2023, Mayo Clinic Laboratories will be offering new test Histoplasma and Blastomyces Antigen, Serum by Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA) (test ID HIBAG) (CPT 87449).

 

Collection Instructions: Collect specimen in an SST (preferred) or red top tube. Centrifuge, aliquot 1 mL of serum into a plastic vial, and refrigerate.
